intermittent fasting: week 2

Hey friends! I know I’m not the only one struggling with snacking during this time. I have found an effective way to help with this issue. Intermittent fasting (IF) is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating. It doesn’t specify which foods you should eat or avoid, but rather when you should eat them. Last week I talked about implementing a low carb diet which works well with intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting is not a diet, but it is effective when trying to lose weight by limiting the hours of each day when you eat, Between the hours of 12 pm to 8 pm works well for me, With an 8-hour window to eat, it allows me to only consume whole foods that will nourish my body with the right nutrients. By following an intermittent fast your relationship with food will certainly improve, while giving you the best results on your fitness journey. The 16/8 method allows you to eat 2/3 full meals and drink plenty of water.MY advice is to focus on healthful eating and to avoid junk foods that will hinder your fitness goals.

    I lost weight after my pregnancy inadvertently through intermittent fasting. I’ve since fallen in a pattern of eating between 11am-7pm.Ilost so much weight!!!
